Note: It is not possible to cut or supply over-ride keys for digital lock safes. We don't cut keys for any types of Doors only safes.

Key Information

With many high security locks, newly cut keys need to be introduced to the lock and hand finished to ensure a fully working copy. If site attendance is required to cut additional key(s) customers will be provided in advance with ID details of our attending safe engineer.

Images should be clear and bright and avoid any shadowing:

Image 1: square on, straight down onto the key, placed on a white background, ideally next to a ruler or tape measure.

Image 2: Key bit only (lock operating section of the key) - Looking square on looking straight down onto the key.

Safe Fault

Safe open but no keys - Engineer required to cut new keys to existing lock or replace.

Safe locked shut no keys - Engineer required to pick or drill open and fit new lock.
