I contacted the company and they offered a refund, which didnt suit as visit from firearms officer was within a couple of days, comapny contacted supplier and offered a £20 refund. Date Added: Wednesday 19 March, 2014 The cabinet was ordered and paid for online. A next-day service was booked and it was delivered promptly the following morning. Product was as described, size was correct as well which was critical owing to where it was being fitted! Only gripes I would have are minor damage to the edge of the cabinet where the packaging had been compromised in transit and the wooden brace supplied for the gun rest had gone really mouldy inside meaning the ammo safe needed cleaning out first. However, nothing major at all and easily dealt with. Plenty of room inside for the guns and a lockable internal ammo safe, meaning I don't need to install anything else separately. In summary, I am very happy with what I have received; good product combined with a good service. Only 7 guns not 9 but if you don't mind putting 2 outside of the foam grips then you could fit 9. It is supplied with a piece of wood with a piece of double sided tape on it for securing it to the back of the cabinet. This is "designed" to take the sponge gun divider which is stuck on with more double sided tape to the piece of wood. The sponge sticks to the wood well enough but the wood relies on the safe back wall being perfectly flat. After install mine wasn't so only the two ends stick. It then fell off. This was solved by drilling the back and attaching it to the wall!! Other than that the safe is strong and secure and with guns must be close to 100 KG. There was a slight dent on it, but SSS resolved this to my full satisfaction immediately. The safe itself feels like a good solid one, hopefully breaking into it will never be tested.
