The replacement item, the Brattonsound ST3, took longer to arrive, but was also of good quality. I must admit I was rather unimpressed when they charged me both delivery AND return charges for the replacement as they advertise free delivery. All in all, the quality of the cabinets is good and robust and the after sales service from Safe Security Services was excellent. Bit of a problem gewtting the date organised. Took over a week and then got two different dates within the space of 24 hours. As I work for myself it wasn't much of a problem but if I'd originally took a day of work to be at home, it would have been a problem. Price seemed compettive from the research we did. Overall everything was satisfactory.
