Courier Delivery

Kerbside Delivery

Delivery and positioning

Due to the weight of selected items they are not suitable to be delivered by a courier; as such they are delivered by specialised carriers who will bring the item into your property and position it into place. Once the item has been despatched to the carriers they will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Delivery is based on delivery to a ground floor location or other floors via a lift (no steps other than a maximum of 2 threshold steps). For delivery via stair work please contact our customer service team who will confirm an additional price.

Installation

Our delivery and bolt down service is carried out by our professional installation crews. Customers will be contacted by our Installations Manager to confirm delivery details and arrange a convenient delivery date.
