I tried to open the cupboard and, due to the damage, the lock is stuck and will not open. I called the telephone number on the delivery note - for Security Express - and they gave me your telephone number as they stated that they couldn't help. I am unsure of the ladies name - I think it may be Ruth - but she was extremely helpful, apologised for the inconvenience caused and w..
