The item was on a 2-3 week back order and we received it in just one week! My only complaint is that I contacted SSS to rearrange the delivery to the day after their proposed delivery and despite assurance that it would be done and that I would receive confirmation, the safe arrived on the wrong day when we were out and I had to find it at the side of a neighbours house and drag it back..
