The replacement item, the Brattonsound ST3, took longer to arrive, but was also of good quality. I must admit I was rather unimpressed when they charged me both delivery AND return charges for the replacement as they advertise free delivery. All in all, the quality of the cabinets is good and robust and the after sales service from Safe Security Services was excellent.
